This very distinctive building in Sheffield centre used to be the centre for popular music but has since changed use. Aerial photography is an excellent way of capturing it. The lovey sunny weather also helps to make it really sparkle!
It is a really rotten day in Sheffield with a lot of rain, some gusty winds and very cold. In short not a day for photography unfortunately. However, I thought it might be a good opportunity to remind ourselves of how wonderful large building look when photographed with the mast and in the summer sunshine.
This large warehouse is well captured using the drone but this altitude is very similar to the mast which could have achieved a similar result. The mast remains a key part of the business for photography in areas where the drone cannot fly.
